Dr. Ufuk Yılmaz

Hello, I am Dr. Ufuk Yılmaz. I was born in Germany, where I spent my early childhood. After my family immigrated to Turkey, I completed my primary school education in Ulubey, Ordu. Even at that age, I always was dreaming of becoming a doctor one day.

I succeeded in the State Free Boarding and Anatolian High School exams and enrolled in Samsun Anatolian High School (SAL). I completed my middle school and high school education at SAL.

After the university entrance exam, I was accepted into Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine (Çapa Medicine). This was my first step towards fulfilling my childhood dream.
After completing the challenging 6-year medical education, I passed the specialization exam and was assigned to the Zeynep Kamil Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. I graduated successfully and obtained the title of Obstetrician and Gynecologist after completing 4 years of specialization training.

Where Have I Worked?

Through compulsory service assignment, I was assigned to Pazar, Rize as my first place of duty. After working there for 4 years, I evaluated the offer from Özel Karadeniz Hospital and resigned from civil service to start working in a private hospital. I continued to work in the field of infertility, focusing on this area. In 2012, I obtained my ÜYTE certificate. I received training abroad to improve myself in laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery.

Where Do I Currently Work?

Upon my return, I started working again at the same hospital. For over 10 years, I have been working at the IVF Center of Özel Medical Park Karadeniz Hospital (continuation of Özel Karadeniz Hospital).
Throughout my educational and professional life, I have attended numerous courses and conferences to improve myself, and I continue to participate with the philosophy that learning has no end.
